Pro - $39/month

• Everything in Basic, plus:

• Online payment collection - ACH and card payments via Stripe, directly on the invoice page.

• SMS notifications - invoice delivery SMS, on-my-way SMS, and SMS reminders.

• Recurring invoices and installment plans.

• Automatic payment reminders (before, on, and after the due date) and configurable late fees.

• Branding removal - your invoices and portal pages drop the VenueBill footer.

• Status board, auto estimate follow-ups, Google review requests, custom invoice templates.

Premium - $59/month

• Everything in Pro, plus:

• Multi-user (team members) with role-based access.

• Advanced reporting (revenue, aged receivables, lifetime value).

• API access for custom integrations.
