- Most working venues use Pro at $39/mo for e-sign contracts, the booking calendar with date holds, and the quote and package builder. Basic at $19/mo covers deposits, payment schedules, and the couple portal. Premium at $59/mo adds multi-space events, seasonal pricing, and advanced reporting.
- How do deposits and payment schedules work?
- Take a non-refundable deposit the moment a couple books to hold the date. VenueBill then builds a payment schedule from the event date, so the balance is collected automatically before the wedding.
- Do you charge a platform fee on payments?
- No. We do not add an extra transaction fee. You only pay standard Stripe processing when couples pay online.
- Can couples pay online and sign their contract?
- Yes. Every couple gets a portal where they see their balance and payment schedule, pay by card or bank transfer, sign the contract, and watch a countdown to the day.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period, with no cancellation fee.
