Our story
Built for the business of weddings, not just the paperwork
Venues do not run like agencies or freelancers. You hold a date, take a deposit, and collect the rest on a schedule that ends before the couple ever walks the aisle. We built VenueBill around that reality.

The tools never fit the venue
We kept meeting venue owners running a six-figure calendar out of spreadsheets, sticky notes, and a generic invoicing app that had never heard of a date hold. Deposits lived in one place, contracts in another, and the payment schedule lived in someone's head. When a balance came due, chasing it meant digging through email.
The bigger platforms were not the answer either. They were priced for agencies, packed with features a venue would never open, and still could not tell you which Saturday next October was already spoken for.
So we built the venue-native way
VenueBill starts with the event. Hold the date with a non-refundable deposit, put the rest of the balance on a schedule anchored to the wedding day, and let couples pay online from a portal that also holds their contract and a countdown to the big day. You see your whole season at a glance, and no two bookings ever land on the same date and space by accident.
It is tighter than the all-in-one suites and it speaks your language: events, spaces, deposits, final headcount. Nothing you have to translate.

Who is behind it
VenueBill is a product of BrightPrompt Consulting LLC, a software company that builds practical tools for real businesses. Our background is in fintech and payments, so we sweat the details that matter when money is on the line: clear balances, reliable payments, and keeping your data safe.
Payments run securely through Stripe, so a couple's card details never touch our servers. It is the same payment infrastructure trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
