Two ways to deliver an invoice

Every invoice has a public URL. You can copy the link and send it however you want (text, email, DM) - that works on every plan. You can also click Send Invoice from inside the app, and VenueBill emails the invoice through our delivery infrastructure with your branding.

Invoice email sending has no cap

Invoice email sending is included during your 14-day trial and on every paid plan. There is no monthly or daily cap on how many invoice emails you send.

  • Only invoice emails sent via Send Invoice are tracked as sends.

  • Copy-link shares are separate and always work.

  • Estimate emails are unmetered on every plan.

  • Resends of the same invoice each count as one send.

  • Failed deliveries we retry do not double-count.

Sending during your trial

Your 14-day trial unlocks invoice email sending with full access and no credit card required. Send real invoices to real clients during the trial to see how VenueBill fits your workflow.

After your trial ends

When the trial ends, pick a plan (Basic $19, Pro $39, or Premium $59 per month) to keep sending. If you do not pick a plan, your account becomes read-only: your data and drafts are kept, and choosing a plan any time unlocks sending again.

What still works while your account is active

  • Creating and editing invoices.

  • Sharing the invoice link manually (copy and paste).

  • Downloading invoice PDFs.

  • Recording manual payments.

  • Sending estimate emails.

If you send invoices regularly, a paid plan keeps everything flowing after your trial. Pro adds online payment collection, SMS reminders, and recurring invoices on top of unlimited sending.
