VenueBill for iPhone and iPad is approved and rolling out on the App Store. It gives venue owners and coordinators a native workspace for the moments between the office, a tour, and the next event.
Keep the venue day in view
Open Today for the day ahead, upcoming events, and collection priorities. When a couple calls or you step into a walkthrough, open their event and bring the details with you.
Carry the event plan with you
Review event details, planning questionnaires, people and roles, and the run of show. Customer records, estimates, contracts, invoices, and payment schedules stay within reach on your phone.
Check the balance before the conversation
See open balances and payment records in the context of the event. You can record an on-site payment when a couple calls or arrives. Online payments and messaging features require the appropriate provider setup. Tap to Pay on iPhone is not available in this version.
Get started
View VenueBill on the App Store, then sign in with your VenueBill account. The app requires iOS 17 or later. Availability is rolling out by region, so the listing may take time to appear in your local store.
New to VenueBill? Visit pricing to choose a plan. A card is required to begin the 14-day trial, and your selected plan starts automatically afterward unless you cancel. Your couples can keep using their private portal in a browser.
