## Who VenueBill serves

- Wedding venues, event venues, reception spaces, and the owners or coordinators who manage their bookings.
- VenueBill is purpose-built for venue operations. It is not positioned as a generic freelancer invoicing app.

## Pricing

- Trial: 14 days with a card required at secure checkout. No subscription charge is collected when the trial starts.
- Pro: $39 per month.
- Premium: $59 per month for multi-space, multi-day, seasonal-pricing, reporting, team, automation, and API needs.
- Basic is a legacy plan and is not sold to new customers.
- The plan selected at checkout starts billing automatically when the trial ends unless the venue cancels first. Existing records remain available for reference after cancellation.

## Core venue workflows

- Create a booking around the couple, event date, venue space, and package.
- Hold a date with a deposit and prevent conflicting bookings for the same space.
- Build deposit, installment, and final-balance milestones from the event date.
- Send proposals, estimates, invoices, and e-sign contracts.
- Give each couple a private portal for their contract, payment schedule, payment history, balance, and event countdown.
- Accept online card payments through Stripe Connect after the venue completes payment onboarding.
- Record off-platform cash, check, and bank-transfer payments manually.
- Send automated email reminders for upcoming and overdue payments.
